Facilitator of Practice Sales.  Working for the transition of private practice optometry from one generation to the next. As a 40 year practice owner and 9 years as a Facilitator of Practice Sales, and a three year member of the AAOS, only discovering this great group of ODs three years ago, I want to extend the opportunity to all members of the AAOS my Facilitating Services for the sales or purchase of optometric private practice.   Sellers pay my Facilitating Fee which is 5.95% of the total sales price of the practice.  There is a AAOS membership fee adjustment to 4.95%.  There is no fee to buyers.  I walk the buyer and seller through the complete sales process, providing the offer, the Purchase Contract, and any loan documents.   All are complete and were written up by attorney, a CPA, and myself in plain understandable language.

Please contact me at home office 909-621-7530.   Office.  626-335-4021.
